And they do teamwork.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Confianza<\/strong>. Facilitar un ambiente donde <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>cada uno entienda su rol<\/em><\/span> y, todos se apoyen mutuamente y conf\u00eden en los conocimientos y habilidades de los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Objetivos comunes<\/strong>. Comunicar la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, valores y estilo de empresa. A partir de ah\u00ed establecer y <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>fijar objetivos que se conviertan en una meta com\u00fan<\/em><\/span>. Los objetivos deben estar establecidos de acuerdo con criterios \u2018SMART\u2019.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sentido de pertenencia<\/strong>. Cada miembro debe <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>identificarse con la totalidad del equipo<\/em><\/span>, se debe considerar como parte integrante esencial y critica para el \u00e9xito de este.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Fomentar la creaci\u00f3n de <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>nuevas ideas, conceptos y la utilizaci\u00f3n de nuevas metodolog\u00edas<\/em><\/span>. Que el equipo tenga la decisi\u00f3n de establecer sus procedimientos en cuanto creaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n y la aplicaci\u00f3n a su l\u00ednea de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empat\u00eda<\/strong>. Cada miembro debe entender el rol y funci\u00f3n de los otros miembros, sin menoscabar en la importancia de cada componente de este. Aquello tan manido de: <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cTodos para uno, y uno para todos\u201d<\/em><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compromiso mutuo<\/strong>. La responsabilidad ante <em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">el \u00e9xito o fracaso en la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos corresponde al todo<\/span><\/em>, y no a los componentes de un modo individual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El establecimiento de canales de comunicaci\u00f3n internos y externos cobra especial importancia, con lo cual evitar malentendidos y, <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>facilitar la colaboraci\u00f3n y recepci\u00f3n de \u2018feedback\u2019<\/em><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diversidad<\/strong>. La composici\u00f3n de los miembros del equipo debe estar fundamentada en <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>la diversidad de los mismos<\/em><\/span>, tanto en cuanto a caracter\u00edsticas personales como a requerimientos de tipo profesional, as\u00ed en lo referente a intereses; ahora bien, siempre basado en los valores de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Celebraci\u00f3n del \u00e9xito<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Cuando se consigan las metas fijadas, hay que celebrarlas<\/em><\/span>, agradecer individualmente y al grupo por el trabajo bien hecho.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo<\/strong>.
