This system will reinforce our competitive advantage and, thus, it will be at the service of strategy and established targets. Activity processes have to be taken into consideration as well. Information technology plays an important role as it is necessary for processing and disseminating knowledge within the organization and for gathering information and knowledge externally. Thanks to it, our competitive advantage will clearly increase and it will differentiate us from others.
